Refund policy

Kalaia is committed to your happiness and we want you to be 100% satisfied with every Kalaia purchase you make. At Kalaia we offer a 30-day guarantee on any product that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you may return the product to Kalaia within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or order substitute product. Please contact your Brand Partner to organize a replacement product to be sent out to you. If you are having difficulty contacting your Brand Partner you can reach us at  hello@kalaiaproducts.com. Allow 2 weeks from the time Kalaia receives the returned merchandise to receive a refund or shipment of your substitute product.
